Open Callsheet offers integration with popular email providers. Different services provide different access to features of the account.
This access may include: the user’s name, email address, read access to all emails in the account, the ability to compose and send emails, and the ability to delete emails.
Open Callsheet does not utilize most of this access. Open Callsheet is limited to reading up to a week of recent emails. It downloads and stores PDF attachments from those emails and then detects which PDFs are callsheets to be further processed.
Email access is granted to the app only. All storage and processing is done on the user’s device. No user data or data derived from it is transferred off of the device.
For storage considerations, PDF data is deleted after a week without use. However, reference to the data in email is maintain to be redownloaded if needed.
Open Callsheet’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
Open Callsheet licenses operate under the minimum Terms of Use and End User License Agreements required by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Open Callsheet is offered for free for evaluation purposes. New Endian LLC guarantees no warranty or support for Open Callsheet beyond that which is required by law. The feature list for Open Callsheet in free evaluation mode may change at any time.
Users who pay for the OpenCS Subscription in-app purchase will benefit from the complete removal of ads as well as continued support for the duration of the subscription. This may include expanded support for different callsheet formats, support for updates to mobile operating systems, and further development of popular feature requests.
